Welding & Fabrication

Welding & Fabrication
Brisbane & South East QLD

In-house welding and steel fabrication for custom gates, structural frames, brackets, repairs, and one-off jobs. We weld it, fabricate it, deliver it, and install it — on-site or in our workshop.

Iron Clad welding and fabrication project

Steel Done Properly.

Steel work that lasts comes down to four things: clean prep, the right rod, proper technique, and good finishing. Sloppy welds rust out fast, ugly welds embarrass everyone, and undersized fabrication fails when it matters most.

We do clean MIG and stick welding, hot-dip galvanise where it counts, and finish properly so the job holds up to Queensland weather. QBCC licensed, fully insured, workmanship guaranteed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you do small welding repairs?

Yes — gate hinges, trailer chassis cracks, broken brackets, machinery repairs. Small jobs welcome.

Can you weld on-site?

Yes, we're mobile-capable for jobs that can't move — trailers, machinery, in-place structural repairs.

How long does a custom gate take?

Typically 2–4 weeks from quote acceptance — allowing time for design, fabrication, galvanising, and install.

Steel vs aluminium — which is better?

Steel is stronger and cheaper but needs galvanising or powdercoat to resist rust. Aluminium is lighter, never rusts, but costs more and isn't as strong. We help you choose based on the application.

Do you handle galvanising and powdercoating?

Yes — we coordinate hot-dip galvanising and powdercoating through trusted partners as part of the job.
